About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Growth & Innovation Manager to drive our
digitalpresence, ecommerce growth, marketing initiatives, and business automation. This role is ideal
forsomeone who enjoys solving business problems using technology, AI, and data-driven decision
making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our ecommerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, website).
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
Improve website performance, user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly business dashboards.
Identify and implement AI tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve business efficiency.
Work with sales, service, and IT teams to enhance CRM workflows and customer experience.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external vendors for digital projects.
Continuously research new technologies, trends, and business improvement opportunities.
Desired Skills
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or business growth.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Self-driven, curious, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
