*Product Training: *

*After-Sales Support: *

  • Oversee the implementation of effective after-sales support services.
  • Address customer issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.

  • Provide documentation and resources to support clients in maximizing the value of their purchases.

*Feedback Collection: *

  • Establish channels for collecting customer feedback on products and services.

*Service Quality Assurance: *

Technical Skills –
Strong understanding of dental medical equipment and excellent troubleshooting skills.
